ডুয়েট এডমিশন এর জন্য টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ডির্পাটমেন্ট এর সিলেবাস

এখান থেকেই টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ডির্পাটমেন্ট এর   লিখিত পরীক্ষায় যে ১৫০ মার্ক আসবে ইনশাআল্লাহ তার পুরোটাই কমন পাবে।

তাই এখন থেকেই নিয়মিত পড়াশুনা শুরু করে দাও। আর ভয়ের কোন কারন নেই তোমার ১২০ টা সিটের দরকার নেই তোমার  দরকার মাত্র ১ টা সিট এবং তোমার দাঁড়ায় হবে। পরিশ্রম আর কঠোর অধ্যাবসায়  তোমাকে সফলতার মুখ দেখাবে। আর সবসময় আল্লাহ্‌ উপর ভরাশা রাখবে কখনও নিরাশ হবে না। আর মনে সবসময় মনে রাখবে যে আল্লাহ্‌ যাই করে মানুষের ভাল এর জন্যই করে।

History of Textilles, Present status of textiles in home and abroad. Defination of imfortant textile terms.

✔ Textiles Fibers:

Classification, Cultivation, Grading, Chemical structures, Properties( Physicall and chemical ), End uses of Natural( Cotton, Jute, Linen/Flax, Hemp, Sisal, Coir, Wool, Silk ) fibers, Classfication, Preparation, Properties( physical and chemical ) End uses of Re-generated( Viscose and Cellulose acetate rayon )  and Syntheic( Nylon, Polyester, Acrylic, Polyprophyene, Spandex, Glass, carbon ) fibers.

✔Yarn Manufacturing Technology:
Study of flow  chart of yarn manufacturing ( 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, 100% Acrylic, 100% Wool, Blended yarn ), Ginning of cotton fiber, mixing and blending fibres.

✔ Processing Stage of Yarn Manufacturing – Short Staple:

Blowroom, Carding, Drawing, lapformer and Comber, Simplex, Ring, Winding, Doubling and Twisting, Spinning wastage from Blowroom to winding and control of waste, Related calculations.

✔Long Staple:

Non-department Subjects :

১। পড়াকে নিজের মত করে গুছিয়ে নিতে হবে। কোন বিষয়ে কতটুকু সময় লাগবে সেটা নিজেকেই বুঝতে হবে।

২।ম্যাথের ক্ষেত্রে বইয়ের অংকগুলো ভালভাবে করতে হবে। কারণ বই থেকে হুবুহু কিছু অংক তুলে দেয়া হয় যা কোনভাবেই ভূল করা যাবেনা। নন ডিপারট্মেন্টে পাশ করার জন্য বা ভাল নাম্বার তোলার জন্য ম্যাথ অনেক গুরুত্বপূরণ ভূমিকা পালন করে থাকে। এখানে ফুল নাম্বার তোলা সম্ভব। মানে ৪০ এ ৪০ পাওয়া সম্ভব।

৩।ফিজিক্স- অনেকেই ফিজিক্স নিয়ে খুব ভয়ে থাকে। আসলে ভয় পাওয়ার কিছু নেই। পড়ার সময় প্রত্যেকটা অধ্যায় থেকে গুরুত্বপূরণ অংক থাকবে সেগুলো লিখে রাখবে। আর যে অংকগুলো করার সময় বেশি ভুল হয়ে থাকে সেগুলোকে আলাদাভাবে চিহ্নিত করে রাখবে। এভাবে প্রতিটা অধ্যায় থেকে ৪-৫ টা অংক সিলেক্ট করতে হবে যা করলেই বাকি সব করতে পারবে। মনে রাখতে হবে যে অংক তোমার কমন পড়বেনা সেটা দুই একজন বাদে আর কারোই কমন পড়বেনা। তাই সেটা নিয়ে সময় নষ্ট না করে বাকিগুলোর উত্তর দেয়ায় বুদ্ধিমানের কাজ।

৪।রসায়ন- রসায়নের অংকগুলোর ক্ষেত্রেও একই কথা প্রযোজ্য। থিওরির জন্য ভালভাবে পড়তে হবে। সংকেতগুলো প্রতিদিন পড়ার চেষ্টা করবে। প্রত্যেকদিন সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠে সংকেতগুলো পড়বে অথবা দুপুরে খাওয়ার পর কিছু সময় পড়বে। আর জৈব যৌগ অংশটুকু একটু গুরুত্ব দিয়ে পরতে হবে।

৫। ইংলিশ- ইংলিশকে অনেকে বাদ দিয়ে দেয়। এটা একটা বোকামি ছাড়া কিছু নয়। ৩০-৪০ টা প্রবাদ বাক্য মুখস্থ করলে সেখান থেকে একটা থাকে, তাছাড়া যে translation গুলো থাকে সেগুলো একটু চেষ্টা করলেই পারা যায়। আর preposition, voice, naration কয়েকদিন সময় দিলেই ভাল করা সম্ভব ।
