টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ম্যানেজমেন্ট (TEM) বুটেক্সে এমএসসি প্রস্তুতি!
যারা ফাঁকিবাজ কিন্তু ভাবছেন একটা এম এস সি ডিগ্রি থাকলে মন্দ না তাদের জন্য আজকের লেখা। আমার ডিপার্টমেন্ট টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ম্যানেজমেন্ট (TEM) এ ভর্তি পরীক্ষা প্রস্তুতির জন্য কিছু টিপস শেয়ার করবো। প্রথমে দেখে আসা যাক ২০১৬-১৭ সেশনে কি কি প্রশ্ন এসেছিলো। যেহেতু প্রশ্ন পরীক্ষা শেষে নিয়ে নেয় এবং পরে সংগ্রহ করা যায়না তাই স্মৃতিশক্তিই ভরসা। একদম হুবহু না হলেও যতটুকু মনে পরে আরকি।
তিনটি ভাগে প্রশ্ন হয়।
1.Departmental subject (TEM) PART. (20*2=40)
2. Others Textile part. (20*2=40)
3. English part. (10*2=20)
Departmental part:
1.Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and Corporate social Performance (CSP) এর মাঝে পার্থক্য কি?
2.Gross domestic product (GDP) ও Gross national product (GNP) কি?
3.Quality control and Quality assurance এর মাঝে পার্থক্য কি?
4. 5s কি? 4Ps (marketing mix) কি?
5. product development এর স্টেজ গুলো কি কি?
6. মার্কেটিং এর স্টেপ গুলো কিকি?
7. Manager কাকে বলে? ম্যানেজারের দ্বায়িত্ব?

10. What do you mean by accounting?
11. বাংলাদেশে কয়টি ইপিজেড আছে ও কিকি?
12. How does HR recruit employees?
13. Difference between Wide span control and narrow span control.
14. গ্লোবাল সাপ্লাই চেইন কি? একটি উদাহরণ দিয়ে বোঝাও।
এমনি আরো ৬ টি প্রশ্ন ছিলো যেগুলো মনে পরে না। বুড়িয়ে গিয়েছি। স্মৃতি ধোকা দেয়।
এবার দেখা যাক অন্যান্য টেক্সটাইল পার্ট থেকে কি ছিলো ?

6. ডিফাইন কোয়ালিটি।
7. স্ট্যান্ডার্ড এটমোসফেয়ার ফর ল্যাব টেস্ট!
8. CVP কি? ফ্যাক্টর অফ প্রোডাকশন?
9. Break even point.

11. What is weave? what is four point system?

আরো চারটা মনে নেই। এগুলোই আমার বন্ধু #রাহুল_দাস এর কল্যানে বলতে পারলাম।

এই পার্ট টা বেশ মজাদার! কারণ একদমি ছোট বাচ্চার মত কিছু প্রশ্ন ছিলো। তবে অতি সহজ ভেবে মাঝে মধ্যে ভুল হয়েও যেতে পারে ;
সাধারণত ট্রান্সিলিশন, প্রিপোজিশন,মেক সেন্টেন্স, আর্টিকেল ,ট্রান্সফর্মেশন,কোশ্চেন মেকিং, ভয়েস চেঞ্জ,ন্যারেশন এগুলো থাকে।
গত বছরের প্রশ্ন এনালাইসিস করে দেখা যায় প্রশ্ন তেমন কঠিন আসেনা। তাই বড় বড় প্রশ্ন যেমন মেশিন এর স্ট্রাকচার, ডেস্ক্রিপশন এগুলো পড়ার দরকার নেই। শুধু বেসিক গুলো পড়লেই চলবে।
এবার কিছু সাজেশন দেবার পালা:
Managers and management, Foundation of Organizing, planning, staffing,communication skill and inter personal skill,control, Production system, Total quality management, Hr and compliance এই টপিক গুলো একটু দেখে যাওয়া।
যেহেতু পোষ্ট টি ফাঁকিবাজদের জন্য। তাই আমি বলবো অন্যান্য টেক্সটাইল সাব্জেক্ট এই ক দিনে এত বেশি না পড়ে যা জানা আছে ওগুলো দেখে যাওয়া উচিত। কারণ এত বিশাল সিলেবাস এই কদিনে পড়ে এমনিতেও শেষ করতে পারবেন না। কারণ আপনি আমার মত ফাঁকিবাজ
আর যারা মেধাবী তাদের জন্য আমার একজন বড় ভাই শিবগাতুল্লাহ শোভন ভাই এর লেখা একটি সাজেশন দিলাম।

YMT:
Yarn count, different type of yarn count system, blending, mixing, PC,CVC, hank, sliver,roving, function of different part of m/c used in yarn manufacturing. Heart of spinning, mother of textile, S-twist, Z-twist and difference between and produced by which m/c, different type of yarn like carded, combed, compact, siro yarn, what is noil, noil % extracted from different type of yarn, trash?,spinnable length, different types of yarn fault and remedies etc…………
FMT:
For Knit:
Different type of m/c used for knitting, parts name of machine and function, sets of yarn used in different knitting, knitting fault and remedies, feeder stripe, engineering stripe, wales, course, stitch length
For Woven:
Types of fabric, FSD (Different construction), Different type of loom and types of loom motion, different types of guide, Heald shaft, shuttle, pirn, cone, different types of package, warper beam, weavers beam, number of heald shaft of different loom, function of different parts of loom, warp, weft, EPI, PPI, Fabric Cover factor, S-twill, Z-twill, satin, different types of fabric fault and remedies
WPT:
Different types of dyes and which type of dye are used in which type of fibre, dyeing temp, ph, time, curing, sinzing, softener, functional of different chemical used in dyeing, shrinkage, spirality, bow, skewness, different types of dyeing fault and remedies, different types of finishes
Apparel Part:
CAD, CAM, Stitch Class, Seam Class, Needle anatomy and measurement, Marker and marker efficiency, Sewing thread, requirements of good quality sewing thread, ticket number, fabric lay and types of lay ,different type of pocket, sewing fault and remedies, some commercial term like L/C, Back to back L/c, FOB, C&F,T/T ……………….etc, Abbreviation like AATCC, ISO, ………………etc
TTQC: All testing basic have to know……………
আর ইংরেজীর জন্য তেমন কিছু পড়ার দরকার নেই বলে মনে করি। সহজ আসে। শুধু সতর্ক থেকে উত্তর করলেই হবে।
কিছু শক্ত টিপস:
যেহেতু নেগেটিভ মার্কিং নাই এবং লিখিত তাই চেষ্টা করবেন কোন প্রশ্ন যেনো ছেরে না আসেন। কিছু না পারলে জোর করে বানিয়ে কল্পনা করে হলেও কিছু লেখে আসবেন। হাফ মার্ক্স পেলেও কই থেকে আসে? চারটা হাফ এ এক হয়।
শেষ মুহূর্ত পর্যন্ত চেষ্টা করুন। লাস্ট মোমেন্ট টাও কাজে লাগান। না পারলেও কিছু লিখার চেষ্টা করুণ। খাতা খালি রাখবেন না, রাখবেন না, রাখবেন না!
