Batch inspection Sop:
1. Two machines with Four inspectors need to ensure the Grey Fabric of the batch.
2. Check the Batch Card’s Required Information’s with Dyeing machine no. has been fulfilled correctly.
3. Check Roll and weight. Rope length and nozzle wise QTY or rope length approximately equal.
4. Separate the Rolls Machine and Dia wise.
5. Check every roll have been checked by grey quality inspectors and signed.
6. They will check one or 10% fabric from each machines and DIA through inspection machine.
7. They must ensure no any Marks which remain after Dyeing.
8. He will ensure all the attachments fabric have been included in the batch.
9. They ensure every roll have serial number with Batch number and weight.
10. For Lycra fabric the Batch will be check after Heat set and GSM from each roll and Dia measured 3 times each roll.
12. For ORGANIC fabric Batch card will be green color and check the fabric information especially.
