Steps of Knit Dyeing in Factory
1. Grey Fabric Inspection: -
to find out faults of grey fabric (faults of yarn, knitting faults and faults due to handling). Faults of fabric must be known before dyeing. Process may be modified or fabric may be changed due to faults.
বাংলায় বলবো যদি fault না দেখে ডাইং কর আর পরে ধরা পড়ে তাহলে নিটিংএর দোষ কমবে আর তোমার বাড়াবে| Fault যুক্ত কাপড় ডাইং হলে সময় অlর অর্থের অপচয় হবে তাই Show-cause খাবা but আগে ধরলে দোষটা নিটিং এর l

যদি fault থাকে তবে কি ?
যদি fault টলারেন্স এর মধ্যে থাকে তবে ডাইং হবে প্ল্যানিং ডিপাঃ এর কাছে জেনে নিয়ে যে এই ব্যাচ কতটা জরুরী l

2. Batching:
In a dyeing floor “Batching” is the process of preparing a batch for dyeing. (Batch is the small qty. of a lot). Batching depends on following factors-
a. Total order qty. of lot
b. Availability of machine and machine capacity
c. No. of nozzle of selected machine
d. Types of machine
e. Types of color
f. Types of fabrics of the batch etc.

Sequence: Grey receiving> Making batch card> Measuring weight of fabrics> Turning if necessary> Dividing fabric according to types> separating fabric rolls per nozzle (Length calculation if necessary to ensure equal length of each rope)> Making rope by sewing……… now this batch is ready for dyeing
বাংলায় বলবো: ব্যাচম্যান ব্যাচের যত রকম কাপড় আছে সব বুঝে নিয়ে ব্যাচ কার্ড বানাবে | ওজন দিয়ে দেখবে ঠিক আছে কি না | তারপর S/j হলে টার্নিং করবে এবার প্রতি নজেলে কতটুকু করে দিবে তা ঠিক করবে | যদি এমন হয় যে কয়েক রকম কাপড় আছে যার সব গুলো সব নজেলে সমানভাবে ভাগ করা অসম্ভব তখন এমনভাবে ভাগ করবে যেন Rope length same থাকে | নাহলে সব nozzle এ cycle time same হবেনা | এরপর sewing করে rope এর মত তৈরি করবে | দুইটা roll এর মাথা sewing করার সময় tube কাপড়ের ক্ষেত্রে একটা গ্যাপ রাখবে যাতে scouring+bio-polishing এর ময়লা বের হতে পারে এবং বাতাস ভেতরে থাকার কারণে সমস্যা না হয় | আর different dia/width এর দুইটা roll Sewin এর সময় কুচি দিয়ে adjust করবে না হলে reel or plaiting roller এর সাথে আটকে বারোটা বাজবে | হয়ে গেল ব্যাচ Ready | | Batch card বুঝে নাও আর বল এরপর কোন step?

Step-03. Inspection of Fabric and Continuity of Batch Card by PO/PE: Before loading fabric in machine for pre-treatment and dyeing, fabrics must be checked by PO/PE to ensure that, the fabric is ready for processing. The continuity of batch card must be checked at the same time. Batch card contains-
01 Buyer Name: C&A, H&M, LIDL………………….
02 Order No.: একই Buyer , Color name same but O/No. আলাদা হলে shade আলাদা হতে পারে
03 Fabric Style + 04. Grey & Finish GSM : S/J, Slub S/J, Vis. S/J, Terry, Fleece, Rib, Interlock, Any Construction Containing Grey Mellange ect. এসব fabric এবং একই fabric এর আলাদা আলাদা GSM এর জন্য pre- treatment & dyeing এর সময় caustic, per-oxide, anti-creasing, bio-polishing enzyme %, soda, etc. chemical and auxiliaries same হয়না |
05. Fabric Wt. Fabric wt. ঠিক না থাকলে pre-treatment কম/বেশি এবং shade% কম/বেশি হবে | আবার fnish করার পর ওজন কম/বেশি হলে দায় Dyeing এর ঘাড়ে |Fabric wt. বেশি হলে pre-treatment এবং dyeing এর সময় M/C এ fabric আটকে যাবে আর Dyeing Fault এর সৃষ্টি করে |
06. No. of Roll Total No. of roll আর প্রত্যেক nozzle এ No. of roll same আছে কিনা ? অথবা rope length same আছে কিনা ? এটা জরুরী same cycle time of each nozzle এর জন্য |
07. Color Batch card আর planning এ Batch এর Color Same কিনা ? এটা দেখা জরুরী |
08. Batch No. Batch No. ঠিক আছে কিনা ? এটা দেখা জরুরী |
09. Machine No. Batch card আর planning এ Macnine No. Same কিনা ? এটা দেখা জরুরী |
10. Yarn Type + 11. Yarn Lot: Yarn Type and Yarn Lot দেখা জরুরী | যদি same lot এর same color এর fabric এর yarn count, yarn lot, % of Grey mell. or Vis. mell etc same নাহয় তবে shade and physical properties এর উপর প্রভাব পড়বে |
12. Processes to be Done Dyeing-Finishing এর Process গুলোতে টিক মার্ক দেওয়া থাকবে | এই টিক মার্ক দেখে Dyeing-Finishing হবে |
