Yes.

4.How you done it ?Describe ?
For costing of T-shirt needs
a.yarn cost : $3.50 /Per kg
b.knitting cost : $0.18 / Per kg
c.dyeing cost: $1.50 (Avg color)/kg
                        $.50 (white)/kg
                        $1.80-2.00 (Dark color)/kg
                        $ 5-7 (Neon)/kg
d. printing cost: $3/DZ
e.CM cost: $3/DZ
f.Acceessories cost: $3/DZ
g.others(Transportation: $.80/DZ

6.Are you know about relation between GSM & count ?If GSM is 220 ,what is count? For single jersy.
Single Jersey
Say, the require GSM is 220
Yarn count = (-0.141) X (GSM) + 50.22
                   = (-0.141) X (220) + 50.22
                   = -31.02 + 50.22
                   = 19.2
So, to knit 220 GSM Single Jersey fabrics we need yarn count 20/s
Pique
Say, the require GSM is 220
Yarn count = (-0.146) X (GSM) + 57.16
                   = (-0.146) X (220) + 57.16
                   = -32.12 + 57.16
                   = 25.04
So, to knit 220 GSM Pique fabric we need yarn count 36/s
Double Lacoste
Say, the require GSM is 220
Yarn count = (-0.167) X (GSM) + 64.36
