সর্তকতা
টেক্সটাইল জব এর এর ভাইবা বা রিক্রুটমেন্ট এর ধরন এখন বদলে গেছে। এখন হাজারে হাজারে আবেদন কারীর মাঝে যোগ্য লোক খুজে বের করতে নানা প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করছে কোম্পানি। তার মধ্যে মেইলিং করে প্রশ্ন করা নতুন একটি প্রক্রিয়া ।
এখানে আপনার লেখার ধরন দেখে তারা নির্ধারণ করবে আপনি জব এর যোগ্য কিনা তাই বিষয়টি এতো হালকা করে দেখার কনো কারন নাই
কিছু বিষয় লক্ষনীয়
১. প্রথমে আবেদন কারীকে ডাকার সময়ে কোম্পানি তাদের নাম উল্লেখ করে না, কারন তাতে অযথা আবেদন কারীর পরিমান বেড়ে জায়।
২. এই মেইল কে অনেকে ভুয়া ভাবতে পারেন কিন্তু না একে এমনি ভাবার কনো কারন নেই এখন এই প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করা হয়।
৩. যারা ফ্রেশার আছেন তাদের বলি আপনারা আপনাদের জন্য প্রশ্ন এর উত্তর গুলি ঠিক করে রাখুন।

1) Ans: Yes. I am highly interested to do training work in all level of production level. In my University life I learn rhetorically properly but there are some lackings in practical knowledge. By doing job only in textile sector as trainee in all level I will fulfill my knowledge about textile technology.
2) Your company & this post is too much effective for a fresher to start his carrier for the success. I think I have enough quality to do this job & I have confidence that I have ability to handle different critical situation in textile factory.
3) I have a definite goal in my life. I want to establish a big company which will make many job scope for the people & will also play a great role in economy of my country. I have completed my Bsc in textile engineering right now. So I have only primary idea. Now I am interested to join a big company to start my carrier. Day by day I will gather my knowledge about all department. By doing job with full effort I will be expert Of this sector. Then I will start my won project.
4) If I qualify, at first I will learn about the all department of the company & capacity of these department. Then, I will learn about the working procedure of these department. After that I will try to develop the procedure by my knowledge if there will have any scope.
