General Sewing S.O.P (Standard Operating Procedure) :
Before input the goods, the sewing manager/in-charge will be ensure that all the accessories are ready in the store:
1. Accessories ok.
2. P.P. sample
3. Counter sample received.
4. Placement of all accessories received.
5. Print & Embroidery ok.
6. Machine layout ok.
7. Right operators on right machine.
8. Collect the accessories by requisition.
9. Machine guide if necessary.
10. Size wise and colour wise sewing required.
11. Make six sample for checking measurement, and style.
12. No WIP in the line.
13. Alter rectify time to time.
14. Ok goods make size wise bundle of 25 pcs.
15. Ok goods delivery to finishing randomly.
16. Make report.
Sewing Quality SOP :
1. Randomly cut pcs measurement by pattern.
2. Make 6 pcs garments.
3. Critical process 100% check.
4. 7 pcs audit, and make traffic light chart.
5. 100% garments check.
6. Defect garments keep separate and send back to sewing supervisor for rectify hourly.
7. Randomly measurement check & make report.
8. Ok goods send to finishing.
9. Follow up and action.

6. Defect garments keep separate and send back to sewing supervisor for rectify hourly.
7. Randomly measurement check & make report.
8. Ok goods send to finishing.
