1. Garments fabric booking sheet received

2. Check the shipment date, if any discrepency then highlight it to merchant & other concern by mail

3. Yarn booking check with fabric booking

4. Knit planning according to shipment time

5. If quantity not meet able inside within time then do outside subcontract.

6. Yarn draw from yarn section that yarn test report is ok

7. At first make a trial batch according to sample of that style then go bulk production.

8. In production ensure quality to be wastage & rejection low.

9. Ensure quality based grey fabric delivery to dyeing according to yarn draw & booking sheet.

10. Take your duties in dyeing & finishing for 2 hours everyday to see every batch result.
