Job Description / Responsibility
An experienced Dyeing Master capable of Dyeing wider both 100% cotton & Poly/ Cotton.
Responsible for Dyeing & Finishing Production, Planning & Control for thread factory.
Candidate should have adequate knowledge of dyeing and ensure that the entire dyeing process is going good following SOP'sCandidate should have working experience any special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dyeing process.
Must know the technical way to minimize fabric dyeing cost & process loss
Instruct team that which chemical dye formula/process be appropriate to create the right color
Monitor in preparing necessary receipt for production and obtain lab-dip approval for meeting with buyer's requirements and standard in respect of color, shade and other quality parameters.
Monitor the recipe formulation, shade matching, machine utilization, time schedule and work load as per weekly/monthly target.
Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities for executing the production process.
Analyse production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures and increase productivity.
Follow-up on Developments Samples and production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Ensure optimum utilization of men, Machine & Material to yield higher productivity.
Able to make batch wise proper production plan to meet the Buyer's requirement.
Analytical skills of understanding the Finishing Process and minimizing the rejections.
Follow up the emergency order & production
Ensure the finishing production quality & communicate with higher authority for approving quality
Control & provide guideline to In-charges, supervisors & workers
Take necessary steps in case of M/C stoppage
Prepare daily production & M/C stoppage reportFollow up schedule of M/C maintenance
Supervise the emergency order for quick delivery
Check the quality of thread in different process related to finishing
Read and analyse charts, work orders, production schedule and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs
